E-BIKE PROMO
Program rules, terms, and conditions:
Purchase a new, unused 2022-2025 model year Yamaha Side-by-Side between October 2, 2024 through December 31, 2024
from a participating Yamaha Side-by-Side dealership and receive one (1) free Yamaha eBike. eBikes are available on a first
come, first served basis and only while supplies last. Not all models and sizes of eBikes may be available throughout the
promotion period. Dealership will collect customer’s top three (3) eBike preferences (model/size) at the time of purchase.
Yamaha will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the customer’s top preference; however, eBike selection is limited and not all
customers may receive their preferred model/size choice. Yamaha reserves the right to substitute within its sole discretion any
eBike model/size should customer’s preferences not be available in stock.
Please allow four to six weeks after Side-by-Side purchase for the eBike to be delivered to the participating dealership where
the Side-by-Side was purchased. The participating dealership will assemble the eBike and notify the customer when it is
ready for pick-up. Customer is responsible for picking up and transporting the eBike from the dealership location at consumer’s
sole expense. eBikes are not for retail resale and will not be replaced by Yamaha if lost or stolen.
Customer must take delivery from retail stock by December 31, 2024 on purchase of a new 2022-2025 Yamaha Side-by-Side
to participate in this promotion. The promotional item has no cash value or equivalent and is not valid for Side-by-Side
purchases made before October 2, 2024 or after December 31, 2024. The promotional eBike cannot be substituted for any
other item, cash, credit or equivalent value gift item. This promotion does not apply to government, commercial, fleet or past
Side-by-Side purchases, and excludes Hawaii and Alaska. This promotion may be combined with available Yamaha Side-by-
Side customer promotions such as Customer Cash and special financing. Please see participating dealer for Side-by-Side
customer cash and special financing eligibility information.
eBikes are not eligible for return or exchange. Yamaha and its participating dealerships reserve the right in its sole discretion to alter, amend, cancel, modify, suspend,
or discontinue the promotion at any time without notice or liability. Promotion is subject all applicable laws and is void where prohibited or
otherwise restricted. State taxes and fees may apply to the full or fair market value of free promotional items which shall be the
sole responsibility of consumer by agreeing to participate in this promotion. Additional conditions may apply, see participating
