"Twice recently I went up the street to Good Times Suzuki to get my 06 GSXR 750 serviced and for an oil change. Both times they weren't very friendly, no one even in the service department, and when I did find them, they did not seem to want my business. So I went to your shop Capitol Yamaha / R & T Motorsports for service. Those guys were excellent. They greeted me in the shop, recognized I was military and made me feel welcome. I noticed the shop was very well organized and clean. So, I scheduled an oil change, dropped my bike and within 45 minutes my bike was done. Your service guys even did extra by cleaning up my bike. I am very appreciative for their great service. Thank you for a job well done!

"I was referred to Capital Yamaha by a friend who also had a great experience there. From the moment I walked in I was treated great. Leon was is an excellent salesman. I spent a couple of hours initially looking at various models of ATV's. Leon is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left and went to a Suzuki Dealer to compare prices. Leon continued to be exceptionally courteous even when I told him I was going to other places to shop around. I came back later in the evening and went with the Bill Ballance YFZ 450x. I even bought a little 50 for my son. The whole experience was great. I just want to say thank you to Leon and the rest of the staff at Capital Yamaha. Ive come in a couple of times since then and have been treated great as well. Thanks guys!!!"

"My son went in to "shop around" and found a pre-owned bike he was excited about. He had been to other area dealers and had found that only the guys in the accessory departments seemed to want to help him. At Capitol Yamaha, Leon Carado treated him like family; took him to get all the gear he would need and worked out all the pricing in advance for his very anxious mom. When I went in the next day, we were again treated like family and introduced to everyone working in the store who would be helping my son - from the folks in parts that sold the jackets, to the delivery person (who was a sweetie) and the garage/repair manager, who bent over backwards to make sure our minds were at ease about buying a "used" bike. It looks and runs like new, and they treated us like they wanted our business and respected us as people. What a wonderful (and sadly, unusual) experience. Kudos to everyone at the shop, and special thanks to Leon for his outstanding work."
